Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Haulalytics ("Service"), operated at haulalytics.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Haulalytics provides truck load profitability calculators, route planning tools, fleet analytics, and related software tools for owner-operators and small fleet managers. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through our secure payment partner (Lemon Squeezy) on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at contact@haulalytics.com for refund requests.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without written permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Haulalytics and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Haulalytics does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Calculator results, route estimates, fuel prices, toll costs, and profitability figures are approximations only. You should independently verify any figures before making business decisions. Haulalytics is not a financial advisor.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haulalytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
